You have two basic options. There's WP:QUI, or you can use a standalone script someone else has written. I use Misza's; if you go here, you can see the code in my monobook. //roux   07:32, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

Coaching

Hey Steelerfan. I noticed your comment on Balloonman's talk page. I'm not an administrator, I'm currently undergoing a review and then I'll apply again soon, but I wanted to place a comment here anyway. You refer to administrative coaching as 'lessons', which I'm not sure is the best idea to have. No one gets through RfA by taking 'lessons' (at least, they shouldn't) but instead coaching is supposed to be a review of your edits and perhaps a test of your policy knowledge. If an administrator feels happy with you, they may eventually nominate you or encourage you to nominate yourself. In contrast, a lesson would suggest they are teaching you how to jump through hoops in order to pass; that is not the case.

Anyway, best of luck with your ambition to become an administrator. Hope you don't mind my comments.

I disagree. I don't believe "lesson" implies teaching anything about jumping through hoops, it only implies someone teaching someone else something. It could be anything. Useight (talk) 06:04, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

What's up? Like you said, long time no see! :-) And, as far as citing goes, I know where to look, but I usually bring up what I find on the article's talk page. I just don't know where to put it. And, I know Eddie went to Jefferson because I live in El Paso and when he died, he was ALL OVER the news and they continuously mentioned that he graduated from Jefferson High School. I just have to find a reliable link. Not to mention that the El Paso Independent School District article states that he graduated from Jefferson. I know my facts, I just don't know where to put the citations. His wiki article simply states that he's from El Paso and that he was in UNM. The EPISD article is the only article I know of that states that he did go to Jeff. IDK if I did it right, but I added the reflist template like how it is in other articles. I did the referencing and it worked. I referenced one website twice because It mentioned practically all the information in the article. A small review of your recent edits

Ohai Steelerfan, I've noticed some problems with some of your recent edits, and I'm not trying to call you out on them, but I'd like you to understand the problems I've noticed. I'm doing this because I saw your request on Balloonman's talk page and I just wanted to offer a quick review of your edits. This is a review of your December edits thus far.

• [1] I'm sure you know Wikipedia is not a forum, so just try to remember that.
• [2] Although this seems wrong and unsourced information, it doesn't appear to be vandalism and rollback should not have been use. Other mis-uses of rollback include: [3], [4], [5] -- you used rollback here and were wrong with the information you reverted as it was already linked earlier in the article and therefore not needed linked again, [6]
• [7] Completely un-related to Wikipedia, try to send e-mails to other users instead of posting things like that on their talk page.
• [8] Don't insult newbies. Even if they are one, calling them one is going to make them mad. They are all Wikipedians, so insulting them is not good.
• [9] The user is obviously a disruptive vandal. But we have a policy against insulting the vandals, so don't do that. Saying "your wrong" twice in one sentence is insulting and can be uncivil.

So just make sure you watch your edits, and remember -- rollback is for vandalism only! You have to use your judgment to determine what is and what is not vandalism, but it is given to you with the trust that you have the abilities to do so. Impact results from reliable sources. You read Impact reports from reliable sources such as PWTorch like I told you for Victory Road 04. Start around July where the storyline began because you need a background report to tell why they formed and then a formation section to tell the exact day they official joined together. Only notable informatioon is needed, like first battles, titles won and lost, new members join and some leave. Most things people think are notable are not really notable. You use the reference button at the top of the edit section to make a reference and follow Template:Cite web to finish the reference.WillC 05:27, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
