No hard feelings about this as it's just a disambiguation page that no longer serves a purpose. But letting you know as a common courtesy. Unknown Temptation (talk) 21:02, 6 January 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I just stumbled across the Zoe Gardner stuff and was pretty stunned by it, hope you’re okay and not negatively affected, The work you do is appreciated hugely. Hildreth gazzard (talk) 03:13, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
- Hi! This is so thoughtful, thank you for reaching out. I was definitely a little taken aback by it at the time, but I'm okay now. I try my best.
- I appreciate your work as well, you create an incredible amount of articles. Thanks again :) Starklinson (talk) 03:50, 20 January 2025 (UTC)
Thanks! :)
[edit]Hello, I just wanted to say I noticed that you created the joint Dan and Phil page and have nearly single-handedly been keeping it up, thank you for all the work you have put into it! :) Yeahirlydk (talk) 07:45, 22 January 2025 (UTC)
- Aw, of course :) Just did a double take at the date I created it, doesn't feel that long ago lol Starklinson (talk) 09:20, 22 January 2025 (UTC)
Thanks for your additions to this article which I created nine years ago (being a Mikron enthusiast). I've updated the tense so it no longer says his play "will be" performed in 2016.
But I'm puzzled: what's your source for his year and place of birth? I don't see them in his Mandy profile. And how are you adding a web source which is already a dead link and not accessible at the Internet Archive? PamD 09:09, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- It was via the Google description when I was researching, it just have been taken down fairly recently. That said, I just added a non-dead source + the birth index for additional verification. Hopefully that works? :) Starklinson (talk) 09:28, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- Hmm, I don't think registration records are allowed as sources for BLP date of birth. And the Aurora website just says Lincolnshire, so where does Cleethorpes come from?
- The Google descriptions are AI stuff and not to be trusted, and can't be a "Reliable Source" because they are so ephemeral.
- As he hasn't published his year of birth anywhere that we can find, I'm pretty sure the BLP rules are that it must not be included from registration records. PamD 09:40, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- I've changed it to just say Lincolnshire for now. Starklinson (talk) 09:47, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- And I found a ref for Ackworth and his retirement (though it doesn't actually include "Head of learning and teaching"). PamD 09:52, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- And one which does support it. PamD 09:59, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- Just for info about using birth records: see WP:BLPPRIMARY, so it's not just my personal preference! PamD 10:25, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- I understand! I suppose I was attempting to 'augment' the secondary source in a roundabout way. That said, excellent job finding the York Press article :) Starklinson (talk) 10:49, 27 January 2025 (UTC)

Cassandra Akinde moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Cassandra Akinde. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and Article is wholly cited to interviews, please add reliable independent sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Ednabrenze (talk) 09:28, 21 February 2025 (UTC)

DYK for Lambrini Girls
[edit]On 23 February 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Lambrini Girls, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Lambrini Girls (pictured) have described their January 2025 debut album Who Let the Dogs Out as "a party for pissed off, gay, angry sluts"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Lambrini Girls. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Lambrini Girls), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
