It's well written, well-researched and probably Notable. But we need properly formatted sources, (see Referencing for beginners), we need to lose the embedded external links, which we don't use in the body of an article, and we need to complete it. It looks like a work still in progress with "link needed" and similar comments throughout. Also, I'm now engineer but is it standalone, or is there an existing article it could merge to? Not saying there is but worth checking.
