Ah, the user page says something about Makerere University, so Uganda. However, the text doesn't appear to be Swahili, GT suggested Zulu to me but that's not correct either. I noticed, I marked the pages for CSD because they are gibberish but the link on the use rpage appears to be some sort of language Wiki that explains what I think he was trying to do - they were articles in Luganda (Lugandan?
