Needs more secondary sources on how she is independently notable. Also does not describe what kind of music she does. Need those reviews from the local papers Portland Mercury [1] Willamette Week [2] or Consequence of Sound (not listed) here's an appearance at SXSW [3], also New York Times has one [4]

I've gone ahead and accepted the article. She has a lot of reviews in music media websites like Consequence of Sound and Brooklyn Vegan, and gets regular press in the local papers.
