Should this information be on the Student Peace Prize page?

[edit]

You have created and edited a private user page that would be more appropriate as a public page under Student Peace Prize. I tried to make a copy of your info to the Student Peace Prize page which is currently empty but was not able to do so without more time and effort.

I believe that this information should be on the Student Peace Prize page and would be of interest to all rather than being hidden on a user page that was hard to find. Kember (talk) 02:58, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Charm Tong has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. ttonyb (talk) 19:09, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I'm excited to see the article you started up for Charm Tong. I'll try to add some expansion and references over the next few days, and then we can jointly nominate it for Did You Know... It'd be a great topic to get on the front page. -- Khazar (talk) 19:34, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Charm Tong DYK nom

[edit]

Hey SPC,

I put up a nomination for Charm Tong over at DYK: Template_talk:Did_you_know#Charm_Tong, with you listed as the primary creator. Let me know what you think of the possible "hooks." Cheers, -- Khazar (talk) 20:56, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your help Khazar! You did an amazing job on the page. Spc2011 (talk) 14:42, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for starting it. I'm glad I happened to come across it that day through another link--really interesting topic. It's been approved for DYK now and should be on the main page soon. Feel free to drop a note on my talk page if you ever want a collaborator again for a human rights topic. -- Khazar (talk) 14:55, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
