It's a pleasure to get a well-thought-out and reasonable request for a page restoration. I've restored the content at User:Sparkw/Ookong. Please go ahead and add the sources you mentioned to establish notability. I'll be happy to help you out with that, and will restore the page once it looks pretty good. I know this may sound a little convoluted, but if I just recreated the page back in article space, it would likely get challenged again without any assertions of notability.
