Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Yeah I knew that, sorry, I had just forgotten to put them. (If you check I soon after posting the question went back and edited in the four ~'s to sign it. As for my question... you don't seem to have answered it but I'll take that as a yes. Also I removed the tortoise part. Page deletion

I am sorry; I wholly failed to give you a detailed answer to your question. Any editor can edit any unprotected page, up to and including blanking the entire page. Lest you feel that I am advocating this manoevre I should point out that page blanking, except in cases of gross obscenity or personal attack, can be seen as vandalism. Only admins ( or the more exalted hierarchy) have the ability to delete a page completely. If you find a page which, in your opinion, merits deletion then there are three ways of requesting this. If you feel that the page qualifies under the speedy deletion criteria, then you add the appropriate {{db-}} template at the top of the article page. If it does not so qualify but it should still not be here then you either add a {{prod}} comment or refer it to the articles for deletion page.
