COI and Speedy Deletion[edit]

This draft was written almost entirely by a single contributor who is closely connected to the subject's Discord channel, and has been seen attempting to vandalize articles such as Digital cloning with advertisements for the subject. The author has also publicly called for employees of the subject to help edit the Wikipedia, indicating a conflict of interest. Furthermore, the citations of the draft consist almost entirely of Tweets and pages from the subject itself, as the author has struggled to find indications of importance for this non-notable subject.

In short, this is an ad, and a blatant one at it. Speedy deletion is highly recommended.

I fully admit that I have a COI, and have disclosed it on this talk page upon creating the article. I am aware that my contributions may be far from neutral, and will seek help from editors unaffiliated with Uberduck. In particular, I did express a wish for the owner of Uberduck to create a "timeline" page for me to source, believing it to be allowable under WP:SELFSOURCE; I will no longer ask for that. However, I disagree with some of your other points:

- Citing from the topic itself is explicitly allowed as citations per WP:SELFSOURCE. However, I did fail to notice the clause that "the great majority of any article must be drawn from independent sources", and will now try to adjust the article accordingly.

- To the best of my knowledge, 3 citations of non-trivial coverage from reliable sources (Forbes, Newsweek, TechCrunch) are enough to establish notability.

- My edit to the voice cloning article includes all the services I'm aware of that have reliable citations. (If anything, it's more of an advertisement of FakeYou, for which the only citation I could find wasn't in English.)

- In screenshot 3, I specifically warn the employees against editing the article without taking proper measures.

- My message in screenshot 4 was a reply to a moderator of the server, telling him that the Uberduck article would be adequately protected from vandalism without his help. See here for the context.

- Screenshot 6: that's actually one of the claims I marked as dubious, not because the source was a Tweet (which is allowed), but because Yotta didn't state its partnership with Uberduck.

I miss Uberduck.[edit]

They lost the rights license characters. I remember I used the voice model of Marsupilami on there. But all of these cartoon character voices were pulled due to copyright. Marsupilami: "No, Maurice!
