Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to dental floss, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Feelfree 02:05, 9 November 2006 (UTC)
Dental floss image
[edit]You have been removing an image from the article dental floss. It may well be that the article would be better without this image; however, since others do not share that opinion, you should use the talk page to discuss this change and arrive at consensus. Because the image is not copyrighted, mentions no brands, and contains no links, it is not blatant spam, and discussion needs to take place. Thanks. --Ginkgo100 talk 01:52, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. Your edits will be reverted until you join the discussion on talk:dental floss and you've convinced other editors of reasons to do otherwise. --Ronz 02:33, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Please stop.
[edit]It seems pretty clear that consensus on the dental floss holder image is not to remove it. Please stop edit-warring over it. Thank you. --Ginkgo100 talk 20:23, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. --Ronz 16:46, 15 December 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. You're not even trying to justify your edits with discussion anymore? --Ronz 20:41, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
I'm still not seeing any discussion. Why is it you're removing a large section of text? --Ronz 02:43, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
It's not spam
[edit]It's not spam, and you certainly know it. Please don't accuse me of spamming when I'm reverting to the consensus version of the article.
Could I suggest that mundane editorial disagreements are most likely to resolve quickly and productively when editors observe the following:
- Remain polite per WP:Civility.
- Solicit feedback and ask questions.
- Keep the discussion focused. Concentrate on a small set of related matters and resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Focus on the subject rather than on the personalities of the editors.
Thanks! --Ronz 23:56, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. Naconkantari 05:33, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
You just removed the image again with the same edit summary you've been using for days, if not weeks. The image is not spam; you've been told that by several people already. Can you explain to me why you keep removing the image even though multiple experienced Wikipedians have told you it's fine, and have asked you to leave it alone? | Mr. Darcy talk 19:02, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
- You have again performed this edit without responding to questions on your talk page or the article's talk page. Please note that patience is wearing thin and continued behavior in this manner can lead to a block for disruption under Wikipedia's blocking policy. You can consider this your final warning. —bbatsell ¿? 22:39, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'll second that. There is no excuse for your refusal to answer questions on your talk page about an edit that you've been asked not to make. The next such edit will earn you a 24-hour block. | Mr. Darcy talk 22:44, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
- I'll third both Bbatsell's and MrDarcy's sentiments, and warn you of continuing to disrupt Wikipedia, risking a 24h block. Thank you. Yuser31415 00:20, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
