Talk about how the water is corrosive because it's acidic or basic. This would help provide a little more information on how the ponds work. If you could talk a little bit about how a treatment pond is different from a stabilization pond that could be helpful. I don't know what the differences are, but they wound kind of similar and wikipedia tries to direct me to either one. In the function section you say it can treat most forms of wastewater, what are those forms? It would just be something nice to know. You repeat a lot of your words over and over. Improvements... to improve. Say factors 3 times in 2 sentences. Maybe try to be a little less repetitive, I know it would be less total words but the article would flow a lot better and be way easier to read. Maybe you could split the three types of ponds into sub header sections and go into more depth about each one. This would inform the reader the most about what a treatment pond is and how it works because since there aren't many types of ponds knowing more about the few would help a good amount. In the design subheaders a lot of the sentences are kind of unclear and it leaves me slightly confused. Just general clarity issues. A decent amount of spelling and grammar errors. These can be fixed if you reread it or have someones else help you. Just give it a little run down maybe.
