If you look at the good article Hepatitis B it is about the disease. We than have a sub page Hepatitis B virus that deals with the organism that causes the disease. This keeps the encyclopedia consistent and I felt it important to rearrange it as such. I do agree that maybe we should move further information to the disease named article arranged around the WP:MEDMOS criteria.
The reason to arrange article around diseases rather the organism is that when people search for pinworm infection they will be primarily look for information about the overview of this disorder with fewer people interested in primarily the organism that causes it.
