Hello,

I have chosen to peer review your additions to the 'Ferdinand Cheval' article. The lead is short and to the point. More detail could have been added to highlight some more of the major sections, but it was a clear introduction. The content added is very relevant to the article's topic, and brings forward a lot of necessary detail that helps to improve the overall article. The tone was presented well throughout the article. There could have been more balance; the façade detail in the 'Palais Ideal' section was heavy but informative. All of the added content is backed up by reliable secondary sources. The sources are up-to-date for the most part, but some sources do not have links that work. There is a source that links to the University of Wyoming's online library which would not work for readers who are not students here. The content is well-written in an organized manner. There are some areas where grammar could be improved, such as comma placement, but there was no large error that I recognized. No images or media were added, but this would have positively contributed to the article. The added content improved the overall quality of the article. Strengths of the article include detail about Palais Ideal's façade and Picasso's recognition to Ferdinand. Ways to improve the added content include more concise detail and the addition of images or media.

Overall, the new content was a great addition to the article. I enjoyed the read. Hfarris1998 (talk) 18:12, 7 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
