Request reason:

I'm exterting my right to free speech which is a god-given right, that is never taken away. This site of Wikipedia, is nothing more than a facist totalatarian based by own man. Wikipedia has censorship. It is a facist, dystopian entitiy of the Internet. I want to be reinstated my editing privilages. If I'm not reinstated my editing privilages, I'll file a lawsuit against the Wikipedia Foundation for 10 million dollars. I hope you either reinstate me or prepared to give a check.

No, you don't have a right to free speech as this is a privately owned website, no its not a "facist totalatarian based by own man" whatever that means, no it doesn't have censorship, no its not the "facist, dystopian entitiy of the Internet", no you're not being reinstated, no you're not filing a lawsuit and no you're not getting a check.
