Apparently promotional , and with no evidenceof notability -- notability fforbiograpgies requires references about the person providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements. Placements on lists do not show notability

Essentially all the references here areeither merenotices, or to her own work.

Indications of promotionalism include: (2)name-dropping (2)citing her work as if he were sole author instead of just one of several co-authors. -with no indication ofbeingtheprincipal author. (3)including references to individual speeches, whch is normally too minor to mention.
