Weird. You vanished, with no more edits after doing the bare minimum to make things look "legit" for https://wiki.alquds.edu/?query=Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Simon_Cooke. You really did just show up here to do a WP:DRIVEBY. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2620:15C:7D:4:44C6:5ED:1D0A:BE3A (talk) 01:20, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your opinion - itself a 'drive-by' comment I note. I made a small number of edits to different pages over a six-month period, yes. The fact I have made no more since then has little to do with anything being a drive-by, nor requires explanation. I think to make that comment two years on probably speaks to the chip you have on your shoulder more so than anything and given your remark I can only imagine the time you've since spent bent out of shape about what you see as some kind of injustice. The deletion was justified by peer review either way and I added a more thorough explanation in my comments upon request, which I feel is reasonable and justifies the deletion request in full. Ultimately the Wikipedia article was found to not meet the required standards under the scrutiny of two review processes. I am not sorry if it did not meet your personal standard. I am sorry for you that you don't have anything better to do. Slobberdan (talk) 01:46, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
