Information icon Hello, I'm Magnolia677. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Trump, Colorado seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 16:10, 19 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Naughty Marietta (1926 film) moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Naughty Marietta (1926 film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ... discospinster talk 17:46, 26 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Copying licensed material requires attribution

[edit]

Hi. I see in a recent addition to Bargain Town USA you included material from a webpage that is available under a compatible Creative Commons Licence. That's okay, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. I've added the attribution for this particular instance. Please make sure that you follow this licensing requirement when copying from compatibly-licensed material in the future. — Diannaa (talk) 22:07, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Krkrydenimage.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:34, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

UTRS 39250 declined and unblock discussion

[edit]

UTRS appeal #39250has been declined.

(For readability, I will copy this to your talk page. You will need to pose your request there anyway.)

In your unblock request, you wrote the following. "Because I wish to edit again without vandalizing or doing anything else wrong." Sounds promising. However.

On Wikisource, you wrote in edit summaries the following.
"The Bitch who Fucked the Oobi Bunch! Get this bitch (right) off..."
On Wikipedia, you wrote the following in edt summaries.
"Fuck you Wikipedia bitches for ruining the American SubGenii Wikipedia category!"

Now ordinarily, I'd look to other projects to see some glimmer of constructiveness. Don't see that at all. No encouragement on your talk pages. Given the fervor of your vandalism and your talk page comments, you've not close to addressing the reasons for your block. You will need to convince a reviewing admin you are compatible with a collaborative project. It's been five days since you were blocked. It beggars credulity that you will be able to edit collaboratively and constructively so soon.

Important boilerplate follows.

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time. Please describe in greater detail how your editing was unconstructive and how you would edit constructively if unblocked. ( Please read Wikipedia's Guide to appealing blocks for more information. (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Guide_to_appealing_blocks) As you still have access to your talk page, please post your unblock request to your user talk page, omitting any off-Wiki personally identifying information. If you have not already done so, please place the following at the bottom of your talk page, filling in "Your reason here "
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 23:24, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

information Administrator note A second look at user's Wikisource edits reveals more reasons for doubt than I realised. The time stamp for opening the UTRS ticket is 2021-01-07 22:23:37. User's vandalism spree on Wikisource consists of fifteen edits over five minutes on (wait for it!) 7 January 2021 from 12:21 - 12:26. This user gained the desire and ability to edit constructively and collaboratively in ten hours? @SleepyHollowGuy1999: over to you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 23:35, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SleepyHollowGuy1999. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 21:23, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Bargain Town USA requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.bhamwiki.com/w/Bargain_Town_USA. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. nearlyevil665 13:54, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
