Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to disrupt Wikipedia, like you did at User talk:188.170.196.104. Such attempts to avoid detection, circumvent policies or evade blocks or sanctions will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Block evasion by User:Zhmailik, recently blocked as Special:Contributions/188.170.196.104. I really want to know what is wrong with my edits you have reverted? Vandalism? Really? Where?

Copying from User talk:188.170.196.104: I use multiple IP addresses not because I'm trying to avoid blocking or somehow want to harm Wikipedia, but because my IP periodically changes on its own - either after some time, or after rebooting the router or phone. If you are not comfortable with my edits, then I can create an account and edit through it, so you'll have 100% certainty that it's me making edits. I also want to note that I have nothing to do with this Zhmailik. Thanks in advance. SlamDunk1997 (talk) 13:30, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently you have been editing Wikipedia while moving around different southwest Russia states, including Dagestan with Special:Contributions/178.176.217.179, Stavropol Krai with Special:Contributions/85.26.183.177, Krasnodar Krai with Special:Contributions/188.170.196.104, and Kabardino-Balkaria with Special:Contributions/31.41.59.152 and Special:Contributions/31.41.57.171. User:Zhmailik mostly uses St Petersburg IPs, occasionally starting with 188 as in Special:Contributions/188.65.244.22. It's possible that Zhmailik moved from St Petersburg to southwestern Russia. The style of editing and interaction is similar. Binksternet (talk) 14:22, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
All of them are mine, excluding Special:Contributions/188.65.244.22. Since the opportunity has arisen, I want to apologize for edits that fall under the GW criteria. I will use this account to avoid any misunderstandings in the future, unless you send me away, of course. I also want to note that IPs are random - I live in Kabardino-Balkaria, the others are neighboring states. SlamDunk1997 (talk) 14:49, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the explanation. I have seen many of your genre additions as good for Wikipedia, but I have also seen you revert others many times, for instance at One Step Closer (Linkin Park song) where you insisted on the pop genre. Try to take it to the talk page if someone disagrees. Binksternet (talk) 01:37, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

July 2022

[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Thundermans. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Amaury20:01, 1 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you change genres in pages without discussion or sources, as you did at Strait Up. - FlightTime (open channel) 17:31, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, but how the hell my edits are unconstructive? Why did you roll back everything I've been working on the last few days? Did you not like me in some way? All sources were reliable - if you don't believe me, then go check them all, please, and make sure. Maybe you also will understand that they are, in fact, constructive and I was just trying to help Wikipedia. Edits on the superhero film pages fall under Wikipedia:You do need to cite that the sky is blue, since if the film is about a superhero, it's a superhero film, right? On the pages such 14 Shades of Grey I've reverted the GW edits... And by the way, in the Hed PE pages I removed false information and bad sources. Well, thank you!!! I'm leaving Wikipedia. Peace.

P.S. Speaking of Hed PE... You can find MetalSucks and Metal Injection here. Same goes for Alternative Press...

Genre's to suit your opinion

[edit]

Hello, I'm FlightTime. Please refrain from changing genres, even if you provide a/some source(s), you'll still need to start a discussion on the article talk page to allow editors who regular watch that page a chance to discuss the reliability of the source(s) you provided. One reason is, genre sources can easily be considered an opinion and not fact. Genre's are a touchy subject here on Wikipedia and without discussion/consensus, regardless of your source(s), your addition or removal will most likely be reverted. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now.

Unsourced genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive.

Thank you. - FlightTime (open channel) 17:59, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
