I hope this is an enjoyable experience.
I searched the internet for "wikipedia editors leaving", and found that first-time Wikipedia editors are finding it nearly impossible to add new, relevant articles. It appears that virtually all new articles are being deleted by a small group of full-time editors.
As an experiment, I am editing an article for a program that I've used for 10 years (1st Choice FTPPro). It appears that the full-time editors want this article to be deleted, so I am adding several more 3rd Party Sources, and describing those revisions in the Articles for Deletion page. I will report the results of this experiment in my blog.
Thank you, and God Bless! SisterMaryCatherine (talk) 20:58, 14 September 2010 (UTC)

- Believe you me, the problem with FTPPro's article is not that it was created by a new user--I'm usually a person that rushes to defend articles about obscure topics from deletion. The problem here is that, according to the definitions laid out in age-old policy, there are absolutely zero known reliable sources that cover this topic in any form or fashion. As such, it is not possible to substantiate either claims of notability or content in accordance with policy. And about the only thing that anyone here can do to save the article would be to personally contact two or more established, independent journalists willing to write unbiased articles about it. — C M B J 05:20, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
