A tag has been placed on The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies - Fight for Middle Earth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wb.goog.hobbit.tbotfa&hl=en. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. A tag has been placed on The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-earth requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The Lord of the Rings Online: Minas Morgul moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, The Lord of the Rings Online: Minas Morgul, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The Hobbit (film series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Telegraph. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sirius317 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
The external links were added as placeholders, because I'm still searching for the ways to tie them to the existing materials. I agree that the Narnia in video games page doesnt look perfect just yet, but it is still in the process of creation, so if you give me time, I'll be able to make it compliant to all the policies
Decline reason:
You are blocked primarily for copyright violations. In order to be unblocked, you must convince us that you understand the copyright policy. Under what circumstances is it allowed to copy text into Wikipedia, and if it isn't allowed please explain why not. MER-C 13:49, 13 September 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Sirius317 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
The general rule is that it's not allowed to copy-paste text from other sources, especially with no citation. Only materials from open license or public domain sources licensed under a compatible licensing scheme may be copied.
Decline reason:
You didn't mention that one of the first things you did after being blocked was to log out, and continue to edit. The block applies to the person, and not the account. Sockpuppetry of this kind damages our project, and for this reason is not permitted. This unblock request does not address this. SQLQuery me! 01:17, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
ALL content should be sourced to ensure verifiability. A message mentioning this is listed on top of EVERY single edit made on Wikipedia. I do not recommend copy-pasting as a habit to get into. If you were unbanned, what edits would you make, seeing as most of your pages you have created do not fall under G12 Wikipedia guidelines? HeartGlow (talk) 02:31, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
I suppose the best option would be to write passages in my own words and add references to every single quote. Sirius317 (talk) 23:28, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
- @BD2412: I think we are at the point that they understand what they did wrong. Do you see differently? -- Amanda (aka DQ) 23:38, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
- I am not opposed to unblocking under these circumstances, so long as the editor is aware that a return to the previous course of action will lead to a swift reinstatement of the block. BD2412 T 23:43, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
I sure am.
@BD2412 Any chance to be unblocked anytime soon? 93.72.110.240 (talk) 21:38, 9 November 2020 (UTC)
- Not likely if you're going to log out to evade your block.
- Blocked on 8 Sep. This IP (which made the plea to BD2412 to be unblocked soon) continued editing the same pages and topics from 10 Sep on. SQLQuery me! 00:23, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
- Not trying to evade anything, just inquiring as to whether my responses are compliant with the unblocking policy in force, thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sirius317 (talk • contribs)
- No, you've been editing logged out since your block. That's what block evasion means. AmandaNP - may want to take another look at this one. SQLQuery me! 01:01, 13 November 2020 (UTC)
- I suppose that was just me checking on functionality available, thus determining the block status. You may see that those edit attempts were minor and formal by nature.
So, I am only reviewing my block status from this page and not attempting to edit any pages even in good faith to determine whether I am still blocked. What else should be specifically done in order to have the block lifted? Sirius317 (talk) 12:42, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
@BD2412, @AmandaNP Could any status changes be expected? Sirius317 (talk) 23:40, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:Narnia3game.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Narnia3game.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:41, 11 May 2022 (UTC)
