A tag has been placed on your user page, User:Sipradi Companies, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be advertising which only promotes or publicises someone or something. Promotional editing of any kind is not permitted, whether it be promotion of a person, company, product, group, service, belief, or anything else. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Request reason:

when I created this account in a company name, I didn't know that we were not allowed to create content on Wikipedia directly in company name. Though it may sound like spamming but its actually an innocent mistake. Plus I didn't know that there were previous attempts to create the account in the company name. That was the mistake from others side as well. it was due to the lack of knowledge and unfamiliarity with the policy of Wikipedia. But I still believe that content should not be deleted as the information provided was very correct and might be useful to the people. Also,, I still want to clarify that once we were familiar with the policy and were blocked for the attempt which this account still is, we never tried creating any other account in an attempt to register it here.

Decline reason:

You have not proposed a new username as instructed in your block notice. Your username must indicate that an individual is using this account(it need not be your real name, it may be a nickname or alias). You seem to misunderstand the purpose of Wikipedia; Wikipedia is not a business directory that just tells about companies. This is an encyclopedia, where we have articles about subjects shown with independent reliable sources to meet the relevant notability guidelines, in this case those written at WP:ORG. Wikipedia has no interest in what an article subject wants to say about itself. You also have violated WP:COI and WP:PAID, which are important policies that you must comply with. Now that you know you will not be allowed to edit about your company, to be unblocked we will need to know what you will edit about as a general contributor(such as what articles or topic areas). If all you want to do is tell the world about your company, you will not be unblocked, and should consider alternative forums. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 09:47, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
