Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Sikh.ekonkar, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, your edit to Criticism of Sikhism does not conform to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy (NPOV). Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.

There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Questions page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, click here to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. Below are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  ThadeusOfNazerethTalk to Me! 19:32, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Sikh.ekonkar, please start a discussion on the article's talk page so you can gain consensus for the changes. You will need to be clear about the issues and your proposed changes. S0091 (talk) 19:44, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am learning to do this. But much of the information on page of criticism of sikhism is wrong. Sikh.ekonkar (talk) 03:30, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Possibly. And yet, if you remove content again, I am going to block you. When you get onto a website where you get to edit, please learn the rules. Removing content is easy, but it's hardly the first and only thing you are expected to do here. Drmies (talk) 03:43, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • And please don't say "false things were mentioned which were not true"--such sloppy writing may make other editors think that you are not a careful reader either. Drmies (talk) 03:44, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did on Sikhism. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. – Aranya (talk) 03:57, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
