December 2015

[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Siem Reap, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 08:49, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Adding a citation

[edit]

If, while editing, place the caret where you want to add the citation (just to the right of the text), then click on "Cite" at the top of the edit box Special characters Help Cite. An additional bar will appear with templates on the left. Click on templates and then on the type of citation (in this case cite news). Enter the data that you can find from the article (first and last are the articles author). Then click insert. That should do it. For more info see wp:cite, wp:reliable sources (RS). The article should be fine. Also: {{cite news}}, {{cite web}}, {{cite journal}}. You can ask for more help at wp:teahouse or wp:help desk. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 09:33, 14 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
