[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. In general, a person, group, organization or other material included in an article, such as on that which you edited, Orr (surname), should be notable. If you wish to add a mention of such subjects, please confirm that they are notable according to Wikipedia's notability guidelines.
Notability for including a person on a list of people sharing a surname would usually be demonstrated by having an article about the person, in which case WP:BIO is the specific notability guideline that applies.
Thank you. – Fayenatic London 22:47, 30 October 2013 (UTC)
