Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Journal of the Academic Association of Koreanology in Japan, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Journal of the Academic Association of Koreanology in Japan is very short providing little or no context to the reader. Your recent edits

[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 05:55, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

[edit]

Hello Shooklyn. Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed a number of your edits recently. You seem to have a lot to contribute and I look forward to your further contributions. As you seem to be discovering, Wikipedia has a number of policies and guidelines which need to be followed. No one can expect you to master them all at once, but a general understand will go a long way. Please do not be discouraged if you run into a few bumps along the road.

As you seem to primarily edit Japanese articles, let me introduce to you WP:MOS-JP. Familiarizing yourself with the contents will help your articles go further. There is also Wikipedia:WikiProject Japan where other editors working on Japan-related articles may collaborate. A number of people can help with any questions or comments there. You may always leave me comments as well.

Again, welcome to Wikipedia. Bendono (talk) 02:23, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Shigematsu listed at Redirects for discussion

[edit]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Shigematsu. Since you had some involvement with the Shigematsu redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Smarkflea (talk) 18:15, 20 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
