Contributions & new articles
[edit]Thanks for the great pictures you've been uploading to Wikipedia. I noticed that you created a few new articles, which are welcomed. You should familiarize yourself with WP:Starting an article and WP:Article_development, which should help you to flesh out the articles you've started. In particular, make sure you are stating in the article why the subject is notable, and back that up with reliable sources. This is to make sure that any future editors (which could be anyone in the world) that may come later can verify the facts presented in the article. Note that articles that do not have enough reliable sources to verify the notability of the subject may be subject to deletion. When you have a chance, it would be helpful to look over the articles that you have created and add some sources that establish the notability of the subjects. Thanks again for your contributions, and feel free to contact me on my talk page if you have questions. Joshua Scott (talk) 05:20, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Edit summaries, multiple consecutive edits
[edit]Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you.
Hello Shmunmun, and thanks for your contributions. Another note on editing, if you don't mind: It will also be easier for you and your co-editors to collaborate on articles if, instead of making multiple consecutive edits in rapid succession on an article, you use the "Show preview" button to view your changes incrementally before finally saving the page once you're satisfied with your edits. Thanks in advance for considering this. Eric talk 18:11, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

[edit]A discussion is taking place as to whether the article SM Faruque is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article Natore Sugar Mills has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- non-notable company
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Kerowyn Leave a note 18:13, 24 December 2011 (UTC)
