Question on SPI process
Hi. I have a question about SP investigation at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Pproctor, which I initiated. The socks are impacting an RfC at Talk:Nobel_Prize_controversies#RfC:_Should_the_2000_Chemistry_section_be_removed.3F. I was wondering if there is some additional step that needs to be taken to bring the SPI case to closure? I'm pretty sure no more evidence is forthcoming. Waiting another few days isn't the end of the world, but the RfC is being harmed by the socks. Any advice you can provide would be appreciated. Cheers. --Noleander (talk) 02:11, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
- There are no further steps required. What it looks like is that it is a very complex case that is taking some time to make a decision. I will see if I can't get to this tonight. --Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 02:18, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for the input. Okay ... I understand that SPIs must be slow and deliberate; I don't want to rush anything. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. --Noleander (talk) 02:22, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
