Page moves

[edit]

Please don't start a war about article titles. CamelCase is not recommended either. Let's leave it as it is, okay? It looks good, it is exactly how it is written everywhere. If we start a war, it will only hurt the page. About the other one, I don't know. Even if they they do write it "UP UP GIRLS (KAKKO KARI)", the problem is that it doesn't make sense to a person who doesn't speak Japanese. The name of the group is a joke, and now the joke is lost in translation without translation. My opinion is that your move made the article worse. The Korean Wikipedia also translated the part in brackets, by the way. (You can delete the message, I don't mind.) --Moscow Connection (talk) 19:11, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Just following the guidelines. Read WP:NCCAPS, MOS:TM, MOS:JAPAN. Sorry if you have a problem with that. しれない Shirenaitalk 22:59, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
MOS:TM says: "CamelCase may be used where it reflects general usage and makes the trademark more readable." It certainly doesn't reflect "general usage", I have never seen it before. You have been reverted, please don't use force. Let's leave it as it is. If you insist and there is a big discussion, it may result in some unusual title. It will certainly not be in "CamelCase". --Moscow Connection (talk) 23:05, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ANI notice

[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding your page moves. The thread is "Undiscussed page moves". Thank you. --Moscow Connection (talk) 00:58, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've just deleted my post to admins. In case you want to see, it was here at the very bottom: [1]. There is also an explanation why "kakko" should be written in low case. And yes, I don't mind it you delete the latest messages. I don't want to fight. I will move the pages back, though. --Moscow Connection (talk) 02:13, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal of peace

[edit]

I've just realised that in the case of Up Up Girls, I was the one who should have discussed the move after you reverted me. Cause you moved it to "Up Up Girls (Kakko Kari)", and I didn't just revert, but moved it to "Up Up Girls (kakko Kari)". Therefore, I wasn't restoring a status quo ante, but was acting exacly like you.

Sorry. :) I'm retracting all the warnings I sent you from the beginning of time. :) They don't matter anyway, by the way. No one counts them. They are just messages from one editor to another.

By the way, I won't do anything about Up Up Girls yet cause it's a very tricky case. If I decide to do something, I will discuss with you first. --Moscow Connection (talk) 07:34, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
