Per wp:mos, section headers should be "sentence caps". Only the first letter and proper nouns should be capitalized. I.e. References, not REFERENCES. Would you please fix it? Thanks Jim1138 (talk) 05:14, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
As the previous post said, NO CAPS.
