Hi thanks for your efforts with Sri Lanka but please don't create sub-stubs without references. It makes it very difficult when we come to organize it later. Theres nothing wrong with creating stubs as long as you provide some sort of reference or coordinates that verify its existence. Normally I wouldn't have said anything, but somebody identified the problem with electorates and towns and villages in Sri Lanka and without a reference we can't find out which is which.
