Hello, I'm Tbhotch. I noticed that you recently made an edit to WWE that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 04:41, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The page is move-protected, that means that no one but admins can move the page. You have to follow these instructions and add them to the bottom of Talk:WWE. And give a strong argument, being "legal" as you said at RM is in many times not enough. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 15:54, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give WWE a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. — Richard BB 11:22, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WWE

[edit]

stop Please do not alter the name of WWE. The talk page has established a consensus, and we have explained to you that the company is not called World Wrestling Entertainment. The company's name is WWE. Even if it wasn't, WP:COMMONNAME applies. Do not just ignore the discussion on the talk page and make a clumsy attempt to move it anyway. — Richard BB 11:25, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah,Thank you for correcting my mistakes. And sorry for my stupidity :(

It was actually User:HHH Pedrigree who corrected the move. As long as we discuss it on the talk page, there shouldn't be an issue. — Richard BB 11:31, 4 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
