Hi Sharicn, I just saw your notes on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Oregon/Government. Just want to add my own words of welcome, and encourage you to participate in making a page…I'll try to do some work on this, too.
FYI, another wiki-based site where you could create a page is http://www.aboutus.org -- it has far fewer restrictions on conflict of interest, etc. Might help you get the word out. Let me know if you want help working on a page over there.
