If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on ඇලඩින් 2019 (චිත්‍රපටය), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that has essentially the same content as Aladdin (2019 film), an article on another Wikimedia Foundation project. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, ඇලඩින් 2019 (චිත්‍රපටය). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Aladdin (2019 film). Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Aladdin (2019 film). If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Megan Barris (Lets talk📧) 08:41, 2 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from ඇලඩින් 2019 (චිත්‍රපටය), a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Yamuna sangarasivam moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Yamuna sangarasivam, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Information icon Hello, I'm IamNotU. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Buddhism by country, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. IamNotU (talk) 14:28, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Yamuna sangarasivam

[edit]

Hello, Shamal6789. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Yamuna sangarasivam".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 22:38, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of South Korea–Sri Lanka relations

[edit]

Hello Shamal6789,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged South Korea–Sri Lanka relations for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.

Block notice

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

hello! I already understanded what's mistakes happen from mine. And I readed and understood rules and Guildline of Wikipedia and will not allow myself to make a mistake again. Shamal6789 (talk) 17:07, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This does not convince me you understand why you were blocked, let alone give me confidence you'd avoid making those mistakes if unblocked. Yamla (talk) 18:04, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • Note that in addition to the confirmed socking, I find it concerning that you requested confirmed rights to edit protected articles and then recreated and moved Kimie Tsukakoshi, a WP:UPE target, out of draft space repeatedly asserting "This page need to be public". I assume that means "This page need to be public, in order for me to get paid".-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 17:29, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I said "This article need to be public, so others can edite it and make changes to correct" I don't know its mistake or not when I uploading it. Shamal6789 (talk) 17:57, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I ask that you give me only one chance to make up for my mistakes. This will never happen again. If so, you can block me from Wikipedia forever. Shamal6789 (talk) 18:49, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want that chance, you must convince us of your understanding, in detail, of what your mistakes were, and describe, in detail, what you intend to do if you are unblocked. You have obviously ignored the instruction in your block message to read and follow Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks, and instead created an unblock request that isn't actionable. If you want your second chance, make a convincing case for yourself. ~Anachronist (talk) 14:45, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Kimie Tsukakoshi, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

Amaury17:44, 15 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Instead of deleting it, I have moved it back to draft space, Draft:Kimie Tsukakoshi. It is not ready for main space, and it is very bad form for an inexperienced editor to move their own draft to main space without a review. If you can get yourself unblocked, then you can continue improving it. ~Anachronist (talk) 05:22, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't understanded it. I thought when page was published others can correct and make page better. I'm so sorry for my mistake. I can promise this never happen again. Shamal6789 (talk) 05:29, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Any topic in main article space must be obviously notable, by virtue of the cited sources, or it is deleted. Your article included some claims of significance (awards), which are enough to avoid speedy deletion, but because you cited IMDB (not considered a reliable source) for the awards, it would be brought to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. ~Anachronist (talk) 06:09, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Oh I understood. Every Articles we made must want some reliable sources to confirm it. Can I use the awards official websites to references? Shamal6789 (talk) 06:30, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Okay I promise when next time I making articles it would be agree with all wikipedia guidelines.I'm still reading all the guidelines. Don't worry I don't made any article UNTILL I finished reading. Shamal6789 (talk) 06:32, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Reasons to block me, as I understand it, is 1.the careless editing of a flawed page I created, ignoring the advice and warnings of Wikipedia administrators.

2.Creating low quality pages that are not compatible with Wikipedia, without understanding Wikipedia's rules

3. Even the pages I created did not have enough credible sources. There was not enough information on those pages and I realized it was of poor quality and I was ashamed of my behavior.

  • Over time, I have studied Wikipedia's rules and page creating guidelines. I have identified and realized the mistakes I have made. I now have a strong belief that I can create and edit pages in accordance with Wikipedia

Even the pages I created did not have enough credible sources. There was not enough information on those pages and I realized it was of poor quality and I was ashamed of my behavior. 4.It's completely against Wikipedia for me to create another account (User:Asitha1234 ) and try to change the meaning of a page I'm so sorry to miss it last time. I changed my mind about those pages and realized that such things should be discussed and resolved again. Over time, I have studied Wikipedia's rules and page creating guidelines. I have identified and realized the mistakes I have made. I now have a strong belief that I can create and edit pages in accordance with Wikipedia. Now I have a good idea about Wikipedia and would like to contribute to it and I can promise all the way that I solve my problems by discussing. Shamal6789 (talk) 07:32, 3 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

In a fairly short time as an editor you've engaged in abusive use of multiple accounts, in edit warring and arguably in undiclosed paid editing. A vague statement that you have now "studied the rules" is not enough to restore the community's trust in you as an editor. Your best (and likely only) path back to editing is via the standard offer where you go for six months without editing at all (ie no use of this or any alternative account) and then post something on this talkpage that shows a detailed understanding of Wikipedia editing policies and what edits you'd like to make going forward. Unfortunately, until that time there's no real prospect of an unblock. Euryalus (talk) 00:45, 4 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
