Hello Shadd Padda. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Bukky Leo, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Shadd Padda. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Shadd Padda|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. signed, Rosguill talk 19:58, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm not getting paid from anyone even i don't know the person which i edited i just edited on the behalf of Jazz Music. Although i don't have any connection with this person. Shadd Padda (talk) 20:18, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
But if the person is notable they should qualify as i'm passionate to learn things on wiki and i tried my best to test and check the person qualify. As i also add incoming redirects from other pages on which the name is available of this person. Shadd Padda (talk) 20:21, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Although i'll not make any changes on their piece now, well seniors will check it out Shadd Padda (talk) 20:22, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you are editing on behalf of another person or organization, that means you are a paid editor per Wikipedia policy. Please comply with WP:PAID accordingly. signed, Rosguill talk 20:25, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not editing on any behalf i said I'm just editing on Genre Jazz behalf. Shadd Padda (talk) 20:34, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
As this person is Jazz musician Shadd Padda (talk) 20:34, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Can you explain how you found the article and decided to edit it? signed, Rosguill talk 20:36, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I was searching the draft of Jazz musicians and did the edit simply. Shadd Padda (talk) 20:37, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Given your edit history to date, I don't find this explanation credible. I'm not going to take any action against your account at this time, but note that if you continue to work on this draft or other paid-editing-prone articles I will interpret that as undisclosed paid editing. signed, Rosguill talk 21:17, 29 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.
