List of SP episode overviews
[edit]Just thought I'd say good job on the List of South Park episodes overviews. Sometime I'd like to convert it over to the same format I did on List of Star Trek: TNG episodes to have room for a screenshot. Cburnett 19:01, Apr 30, 2005 (UTC)
Thank you very much! I appreciate it! Sfufan2005 03:17, May 1, 2005 (UTC)
Just want to say great job too Discordance 00:21, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
6FU
[edit]I guess you liked the flavor idea on List of Six Feet Under deaths...I only did the first season in case there was an objection, but you've done the rest now. I did make a few adjustments, look them over and see if you agree. - Nunh-huh 00:11, 15 May 2005 (UTC)
How is it a spolier to have the TV Guide/Tivo description up of All Alone? I don't really think that is a spoiler since it doesn't reveal anything. Plus, the Static TVG information is still up, that should be removed as well if the All Alone info is taken down. 69.134.50.153
- "All Alone" is the next episode, there's a video preview up and your right the TIVO spoiler doesn't really spoil anything but you posted the expanded synopsis which does "tend" to reveal something. IMHO. Sfufan2005 17:04, August 1, 2005 (UTC)
Greetings
[edit]Greetings, Just wanted to say what a great job you have done on the Six Feet Under page. A few weeks (possibly months ago, now), I done a fair large amount of editing on it - putting all of the episode details into the tables you see on the main page at the moment. It's good to see a user, who isn't into reality television around here. --GardenState 20:55, 17 May 2005 (UTC)
Thanks, I hate reality TV anyway whenever I'm free I love watching SFU and love working on wiki! Sfufan2005 21:57, May 17, 2005 (UTC)
what's your take on Flamurai's change? Personally, I think it has lost its meaning a bit in the edit. What do you think? AriGold 12:05, 2 August 2005 (UTC)
The Comeback
[edit]Man, the 7/31 episode was awesome...I was wondering when Val would snap. The rest of the season is going to be great! --Zpb52 03:45, August 2, 2005 (UTC)
- I agree with ya Zpb, this week's installment was definitely an improvement from the early episodes, even though they were good too but this one tops the cake. Hope HBO doesn't cancel. Sfufan2005 01:30, August 3, 2005 (UTC)
- Well, the characters are finally beginning to mature, especially Valerie. I was wondering why I was investing so much time in such a flat show, but while it's been gaining speed, it finally got off the ground this week. I also hope it doesn't get cancelled...it may have taken too long to mature, I'm afraid it has alienated the casual viewer. --Zpb52 01:57, August 3, 2005 (UTC)

Image question
[edit]I'm curious, where did you get Image:Sp 908.jpg? Kenny is in the picture, but he wasn't in the episode. Stan and Cartman were alone in the boat. --User:Angr/talk 21:03, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
Have you thought of joining this wikiproject? I joined the other day its short on members, but it was their guidelines from Wikipedia:WikiProject List of Television Episodes i was using on the south park list Discordance 17:10, 20 January 2006 (UTC)

Request for edit summmary
[edit]Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 13% for major edits and 21% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 150 minor edits outside the Wikipedia, User, Image, and all Talk namespaces.)
This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear inpolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 05:06, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

South Park Summary
[edit]Thanks for adding the US dates, i was using them originally until the amazon.com page for season 2 seemed to changed from saying june 3, 2003 to June 29, 2004 and I didnt have time to find out why. The region 2 dates may be wrong for the same reason i cant see them releasing the dvds with season 4 coming out first. Discordance 16:53, 25 February 2006 (UTC)
Do you have a reference for the release dates? I've finished the summary and thats all it needs now. Discordance 02:54, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
Thats great thanks, referenced it now. Discordance 04:36, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging Image:Desp ep09.jpg
[edit]This media may be deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Desp ep09.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL-self}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. feydey 23:55, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
House picture
[edit]There is a HUGE difference between
this picture: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Image:House_titlescreen2.jpg
and this picture: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Image:Housemd2.jpg
The one we had before was not up to standards and it added nothing to the article. It needed to be changed. I don't care if you consider it to be whining, it was the right thing to do.

Fair use images
[edit]I notice that you're using fair use images on your user page. However, please note that such images may not be used on user pages as fair usage covers only mainspace articles. Please could you therefore remove these images? If you have any questions, let me know. Thanks, CLW 11:04, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
- Fine, but I'm not very happy about it. Sfufan2005 21:26, 31 March 2006 (UTC)
sfufan, i need your help
[edit]hi sfufan. I need your help in a vote. Some guys are coming in and tagging Brendan and saying that he should be fused with the page. Please come to the list of characters and cast your vote in favor of Brendan having his own page. I am going to give all the tertiary people pages as well, but first we need to make the people opposing comply with us. please vote in the discussion thread. They are trying to make important people seem less important and its getting very annoying. i really need your help. thanks again. - Zarbon
*Here is another suggestion: if Zarbon can provide a more lengthy article for Brendan, the Brendan article can remain there. If not it should be brought there, it doesn't even have to be changed just moved. - Sfufan2005
sfufan, as you know, i have contributed heavily for all the sopranos material. i am going to add much more for brendan as long as you promise to help keep others like wesleymullins and kafziel in line because they keep tagging the material. they previously deleted a lot of the material i had inserted for brendan. his profile was previously very long in comparison to how it looks now. please, sfufan, allow me to increase my favorite character's profile and please allow him to have his page remain. sfufan, i wrote up a lot of information for him like you suggested but kafziel keeps deleting it and stating that i am a blocked user and using that as his only consensus. My block ends in about 4 days, so if you can please give Brendan back his page, you'll see in his last profile revert that I wrote a whole lot about him. Please, sfufan, help me because I don't want my alltime favorite character negated just because kafziel has it out for me. he has been following me around and tagging everything i have done previously. please kafziel, help me. i am inquiring for your help and i am potentially lost without it. i was hoping you would say something to help me because i can't do anything without your help. remember that i respect you and i have always contributed heavily to the info and pics and i want to always help but i can't if people like kafziel purposely instigate me and destroy the work with no reason. please respond to my user page or right here. i am waiting for your response. please help. - Zarbon
i read your answer on my page and i want to let you know i am always thankful. sfufan, i will make a lengthy profile for brendan on the characters page without fancruft, but i will really need your help afterwards. i will need you to give him back his own page because i can't do it since these 2 others are particularly and purposely trying to get me for reasons which i seriously don't understand. they are following my edits and purposely reverting them, nonsensically. since you are a fair wiki member and someone i consider a friend, i am hoping that after i write the profile for brendan, you will help me by returning him his page in the secondary area next to matt and sean. after you make the edit, i'm sure that they won't persist or they will face problems themselves for their constant and wrong reverting. thanks again. - Zarbon
okay sfufan, i wrote up all the necessary elements for Brendan, i'd need you to give him back his page so the others don't continuously and negligently try to go against me in a nonsensical revert war. - Zarbon
- Even if Sfufan agrees with you, that's still not consensus. Many more people think it should stay as it is. Finding one person who may or may not agree with you doesn't mean you get your way. You need to stop editing - you are blocked. Trying to use Sfufan to do your dirty work is only going to get him in trouble, too. Kafziel 18:42, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
you don't seem to understand, first off, i'm not getting him to do it. I was the one who created the "Tertiary characters" section. I get to have jurisdiction to some degree as to whom stays where. Why don't you just stop quibbling with me and let things be. It's been that way for months, there's no need to destroy my effort. - Zarbon
- That's where you're wrong. (Well, actually, you're wrong lots of places, but this is one of them.) Just because you wrote a section (or even an entire article), that does not mean you get even one tiny bit of jurisdiction over anything at all. Nothing.
- Asking him to help you make contributions while you are blocked (which you now are until April 18th, for violating it today) would make him a meatpuppet. He's not, so leave him alone. Kafziel 19:26, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
- Zarbon, you say "I was the one who created the "Tertiary characters" section. I get to have jurisdiction to some degree as to whom stays where." However, you've been ask to read WP:OWN many times, and I wonder if you've actually read it yet. On Wikipedia, creation of content in the article namespace gives you no rights, control, or jurisdiction over anything. Content that you want control over should go on or under your user page, where you can put what you want with only a few exceptions (though you've had trouble even with those exceptions). Second, you are banned from Wikipedia, meaning you don't currently have any say in what's appropriate and what isn't. 4.253.41.8 19:37, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
- OK, guys can you leave ME out of this and vamoos from my talk page. I'm not planning to help anyone! I don't want to hurt my reputation here on Wikipedia so everybody just quit bothering me! There I said it! Sfufan2005 19:55, 11 April 2006 (UTC)
Desperate Housewives image stack
[edit]Hi Sfufan2005. I noticed you reverted my changes on Desperate Housewives. It wasn't very clear why you feel {{ImageStackRight}} is necessary. This template should only be used on a set of images that should be logically grouped together, such as on Google logo or Nelson hold. I repositioned the images to be next to the bullet they were supporting, because only the top two images in the Trivia section belong together. If you believe there should be a stack of images on the right, why not just list them? The template isn't necessary to put them in a vertical stack. Thoughts? ~MDD4696 04:32, 8 April 2006 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:Sopranos_big.jpg

DVD covers, episode list formatting
[edit]I was impressed with your work on the Grey's Anatomy episode lists, and was going to redo the Dead Like Me episode list in a similar fashion. Did you pattern the formatting off any others? Also, where did you get the image for the DVD cover? Thanks, --Christopherlin 23:49, 5 May 2006 (UTC)

That Pesky Infobox
[edit]Hey I've contacted the guy who created the infobox that's currently causing havoc in the Van De Kamp's profiles when you add a pic. Just letting y'all know.
- Actually I fixed it. Just gotta rearrange everything now. Sweet. Have a good one. Originalsinner 01:41, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
- No worries. I've fixed the Van De Kamps, Betty, Edie and 2 of the 3 Young's profiles all i can do for now. Have fun. :) Originalsinner 01:57, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
