For starters, links to article's he's written are not only useless, but inappropriate, as they violate our standards for external links; I'll be removing the one you added in good faith. I's suggest you start by looking at WP:CITE to see how footnotes should be formatted, then convert all the naked links to URLs into proper footnote format. Beyond that, do the usual Google, GoogleBook, GoogleScholar, etc. searches to find evidence (if any) that the subject is in fact notable.
