Women at Duke

[edit]

Hello! I saw that you posted on the edit-a-thon page for Duke about creating articles for Ann Henshaw Gardiner, Bessie Baker, and Thelma Ingles. Have you already done work on these pages or are you interested in working on them at the event? CR203 88 (talk) 17:36, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I hope this is how I am supposed to respond to your comment. I have not begun the pages but I have a resource (for which I was a copyeditor - https://nursing.duke.edu/sites/default/files/downloads/duson_history_volume_1.pdf) that I will be using to work on them at the event. Sounds great! I'll pull up a few additional resources as well. Looking forward to seeing you! CR203 88 (talk) 18:06, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I look forward to what you come up with for Bessie Baker. I was just reading through this reference that may be useful:
  • Durden, Robert Franklin. The Launching of Duke University, 1924-1949. Duke University Press. p. 353. ISBN 978-0822313021. Retrieved 2014-03-19.
Will be a GREAT article! --Gene Hobbs (talk) 18:19, 19 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
