This submission's references do not adequately show the subject's notability. Wikipedia requires significant coverage (not just mere mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject—see the general guideline on notability, the golden rule and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. Please improve the submission's referencing (see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners and Help:Introduction to referencing/1), so that the information is verifiable, and there is clear evidence of why the subject is notable and worthy of inclusion in an encyclopedia. The two sources appear to be related to the developer of the software and, thus, do not demonstrate that the software has become notable within the software field. See WP:NSOFTWARE for more detail on Wikipedia's notion of notability.

Also, the draft contains in-article external links (i.e., links that are within the text of the draft but that take the reader outside of Wikipedia). These should either be removed, converted into footnote references (if that was the intended purpose of the link), or moved to an External Links section (if they meet the requirements of WP:EL). Proposed deletion of NoETL
