Benji Reid

[edit]

Hello, Serena. Please keep that article in one place, and stop moving it back and forth to "Connect page to user who created it." That is not necessary, as anyone who looks in the page history will see your name. Sdrqaz (talk) 22:47, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Serena, I was also going to ask why you keep moving Benji Reid around to different locations. If you have questions about editing on Wikipedia or categories, please bring your concerns to the Teahouse and an experienced editor can help you out. Liz Read! Hi, I apologise for moving the page around, but I kept on changing its title because I couldn't figure out why its name was in the wrong alphabetical order in the Categories sections. I've created a page choosing (Article) and the title is "Name Surname" of a living artist as you can see, but when I checked the page in Categories the artist appeared in the wrong alphabetical order (under the B of his first name rather than the R of his surname as it was supposed to be), so I thought I did something wrong with the title of my page and tried to change it. While most features can be checked in preview, I didn't know how to change the title of the page and see if this problem with the alphabetical categorisation was solved without actually changing it, so I've moved it around a few times to see if the problem in the categories section was solved (it wasn't). Thank you for your time and, again, my apologies. P.S. I've joined the Teahouse and basically sent the same message there.

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please see MOS:SECTIONCAPS specifically. Cordless Larry (talk) 20:13, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, sorry. I had correctly non-capitalized the sections the first time, but then I thought that being a title all keyterms should have been capitalized out of habit. Anyway, I'm looking at official Wikipedia pages and at the Manual of Style as I go by and try to edit accordingly. Thank you for your feedback.

Information icon Hello, I'm Cordless Larry. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to the main body of Benji Reid. Generally, any relevant external links should be listed in an "External links" section at the end of the article and meet the external links guidelines. Links within the body of an article should be internal Wikilinks. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Cordless Larry (talk) 12:27, 20 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about this. I’ve just saved this message of yours to have a reminder for the future. Thank you. Dhwty Foxe (talk) 00:12, 21 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
