There is no complication in copyright at all; the images are granted for use on Wikipedia commons by the family and as stated, I can produce the written declaration. Would you like to receive it? It is signed by the heirs. As stated also, the Nazario Sauro statue is public domain; if you so prefer, I can go and take a picture of it by myself.

Please state clearly the process you would like to follow but I can stress out that use of the pictures is granted to Wikicommons by Alberti family.

Copyright has been granted for the reproduction on this page." - this is unacceptable; the majority of the images will have to be deleted from Commons.
