Hello,

There is no complication in copyright at all; the images are granted for use on Wikipedia commons by the family and as stated, I can produce the written declaration. Would you like to receive it? It is signed by the heirs. As stated also, the Nazario Sauro statue is public domain; if you so prefer, I can go and take a picture of it by myself.

Please state clearly the process you would like to follow but I can stress out that use of the pictures is granted to Wikicommons by Alberti family.

Copyright is complicated.

"All the pictures apart the "Nazario Sauro" statue (which is public domain) are from Tristano Alberti family archive, property of his heirs, Rinaldo (artist and painter) and Massimiliano Alberti (writer). Copyright has been granted for the reproduction on this page." - this is unacceptable; the majority of the images will have to be deleted from Commons. One photo of Alberti may be retained in the article. DS (talk) 19:29, 19 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
