I used a general role account before and included the name of the organisation, sorry for that I did not know that was again the username policy. I intend to post a neutral article regarding GARTEUR, which is similar to other EU groups for general information. I will not use copywrited materials. Thank you

Please understand that Wikipedia is not a forum to merely tell about an organization; that is considered promotional on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia; it is interested in summarizing what independent reliable sources state about article subjects that are notable as Wikipedia defines it(for organizations, that is defined at WP:ORG, please review). Wikipedia has no interest in what an organization wants to say about itself. Things like what an organization considers to be its "mission" are unencyclopedic as that is impossible to independently verify. If you are just here to tell the world about GARTEUR, you will not be unblocked. If you want to be a general Wikipedia contributor and edit about subjects not related to your conflict of interest, please proceed as I state above.

If you know of other articles that are similar to your deleted draft, please point them out so volunteers can alter or remove the inappropriate content.
