[edit]Hi! I took a look at your draft - you look like you're doing well so far. My only notes would be to make sure that you are careful to avoid covering rules and amenities in too much detail, as well as to avoid anything that could be seen as an opinion. By this I mean specific details such as "do not litter" - basically, things that are sort of a given and generally assumed. You could discuss the history of littering in the park if there's enough coverage about it, though. You also want to avoid things like "the best time to do X is during Y". I didn't really see where you had anything like this, but it's something that's easy to do without thinking when it comes to parks and recreation articles. I'm not entirely sure why, to be honest.
A good rule of thumb is to review articles on the same topic. For example, the article on Central Park is of very good quality, so it's a great article to look at as far as general ideas go for what to add.
