History

[edit]

I added a history section to the public access entry and put Bill Olson's history into my own words. I tried your suggestion but your were right that the copyright still got some wiki people to say I couldn't do it that way, but they suggested I put it in my own words. I adjusted the text to make it flow more smoothly. I added a link to a WI public access channels and I added trivia about the book, How to Talk Back to Your Television Set. Concerning your choice to remove one's NH channel 23 information from the body of a section, I agree. I'd thought about making the suggestion myself. His information is already down in the links. Thanks again for your help. DavidWJohnson 18:18, 8 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Raljoball

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Raljoball, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Bazzargh (talk) 00:54, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I know this isn't really yours - notifying since you moved the material to this page. I'll let the original author know too. Bazzargh (talk) 00:57, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I only created a new article for content that didn't belong on the four square page. I had hoped the original author would have picked it up from there. --Sean Effel (talk) 14:21, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
