Speedy deletion nomination of User:SeanReilly
[edit]A tag has been placed on User:SeanReilly requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free Web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. You may want to take a look at Wikipedia's guidelines on user pages. It is fine to include some content about yourself, but excessive promotional content is not allowed. Here are some general guidelines for what to include on user pages. Feel free to ask any questions if you have them! Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted because... (I was putting up contact details on my user page as I am new to wikipedia editing and wanted to allow people to contact me quickly to point out where I may have got things wrong. I intended to make my page more rich in useful detail and had copied the communication box exactly from User:Koavf - Please don't delete the user page if this is what is wrong, instead let me know and I shall remove this until I have more depth of content in the page, as I assume at this point it will be acceptable.) --SeanReilly (talk) 11:46, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
- @SeanReilly: I'm not sure what your userpage initially said (I can't view deleted pages on this wiki) but if you need help setting it up, please let me know. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 21:29, 6 December 2016 (UTC)
Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Orphaned non-free image File:Budd- London.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Budd- London.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:28, 11 December 2018 (UTC)
