Thank you so much. I am new to editing and obviously got my wires crossed. I will do my research and attempt again once I am on solid ground. I think the Wiki community is amazing. It is such a valuable community. Great work. Scripto100 (talk) 09:20, 10 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there....I understand that you may find the content to be non verified and not notable. But I have access to a wealth of information regarding this artist. I have not included much since I though it wise to appear to draft a non promotional piece. This man has been at the center of new phases in art and has had tremendous influence. He was a founding membe rof Alternative Cabaret in London, He was responsible for preventing Orphan Works Legislation being passed in 2008. Recording with Sly and Robbie and an album noted and voyed as 323rd Best Hard Rock of akl time are only a few. The tip. I thought it wise to draft something basic and add toit. Should I do it in a sandbox then Scripto100 (talk) 19:24, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I fond some Wiki editors to have a negative impact on art and are perhaps more interested in "being seen: and not being impartial. Scripto100 (talk) 19:26, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would enjoy a healthy and positive feedback and not definitive re lining. I am happy to adhere to Wiki rules. Scripto100 (talk) 19:27, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would like to offer to Wil editors the following. Alex Arundel has been on the peripherals of some cultural shifts that due to his impact, still reverberate. The genre of comedy now known as Alternative Cabaret did not exist. In a bedroom in Holland ParkLondon Alex Arundel along with AlexeiSayle and Rik Mayall coned the term for socially charged humour and music. The term has endured. The record with Alexei Sayle that was released in 1980 was a first also. The song When The Gold Runs Dry convinced Alexei to release more records. The recognised comedy format of today is i large part due to Alex and his frinds. I believe this is WORTHY of mention. In 1995 Warrior Soul were invited by Metallica to perfoem on Monsterd Of Rock. Alex was asked by MTV to host the TV show of a live even on fron of 134, 000 people. It was the most asked for show on MTV of the year. In 2008. Congress in the USA almost passed a Draconian piece of legislation that would have impacted millions of songwriters. Orphan Works Bill was stopped by a group in part leasd by Mr Arundel. He addressed members of Congress at a Round table and Nashville Songwriter Association CEO Bart Herbison thanked Alex personally and sponsored the New York trip. Much can be said of this artistfrom a creative standpoint but I feel it should be stressed that credibility, notable achievements cannot always be measures by popular press clips. Looking a but further shouls i believe be sufficient. I welcome critique. Scripto100 (talk) 09:30, 13 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would like a healthy dialogue with Wiki. I firmly believe that this artist has merit. Hs impacted somany, not just in artistic influence but in cultural shift. The Orphan Works Bill alone should be sufficient to allow this artist the respect of a page on Wiki. In addition, since 2015 he has tried to bring new technologies to help artists. Like the Blackchain or NFTs. I understand that the first pages put up Alexander Arundel being the first, did appear to be promotional and I take responsibilty for that. But he should not be penalised or made to feel a life time work insignificant. I ask that Wiki re evaluate and allow this page to exist. Also the first editor who deleted Alexander Arundel in my opinion has a very dubious past and his work has already come under scrutiny. Thnak you Scripto100 (talk) 14:04, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am hopeful that Wiki will reach out to me and we can try and resolve what I believe is a semantic error. Although I will say I have been guilty of not studying the formatting and style guides enough before i embarked on creating a page foer an artist that I know has impacted many musicians. I feel i may have done him more harm than good and I feel it is my duty to rectify the errors and ask that Wikipedia give me some time and input to repair the damge. Thank you.
