Reference your recent post on TERF that was reverted, An email or phone conversation is not reliable sources. You will need something that is published in a reliable source, such as a respected newspaper, not a tabloid or blog.Oldperson (talk) 01:11, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Eh? An official statement from the org in question is considered less reliable than the right wing rags other commenters were referencing? I don’t get that. I’m genuinely confused about why McAlpine literally lying to a newspaper is considered more reliable than the org itself sending me an official press statement about their behaviour and intentions. I’m not arguing, it’s just baffling to me.

She’s a known anti trans activist with considerable bias against the trans person she targeted. The org itself has stated, in polite words, that McAlpine was lying. Why is her lie considered more reliable than the truth from a primary source? Scribe451 (talk) 07:13, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Could I also ask why my other edits were removed? I stated facts only - Pyxis cited multiple biased sources to ‘prove’ things that were not true - I believe my edits were removed because they conflict with the TERF worldview. For example, the next day after the TERF marchers lied about how they were harassed, the SF dyke march printed a statement condemning the protestors and stating what had really happened. Why is a lying TERF on social media a ‘reliable source’ but the multiple eyewitnesses contradicting their false statements are not? Scribe451 (talk) 07:20, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Some of your comments were not great but I think blanket removing them is a clear violation of WP:TPO. I reverted the removal. Loki (talk) 13:52, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
