Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Scott Fortnite, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's content policies and may not be retained. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.

Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. For information on how to request a new article that can be created by someone else, see Requested articles. If you are stuck, come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can help you through the processes.

New to Wikipedia? Please consider taking a look at the our introductory tutorial or reviewing the contributing to Wikipedia page to learn the basics about editing. Below are a few other good pages about article creation.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions ask me on my talk page or you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Again, welcome! Cabayi (talk) 22:16, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of Tom and Jerry Tales episodes, Space Goofs, Sym-Bionic Titan and List of The Ren & Stimpy Show episodes. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 09:33, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

David P. Smith (animator) moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, David P. Smith (animator), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. GermanKity (talk) 09:48, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm ok but don't wrote delete my page ok Scott Fortnite (talk) 10:58, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Mr. GermanKity Why do you give name draft my page (David P. Smith animator)? Scott Fortnite (talk) 11:06, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

But I don't like name draft Scott Fortnite (talk) 11:06, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please reeview WP:YFA. Draft:David P. Smith (animator) is far from being an acceptable Wikipedia article. Please improve the article attempt there. Victor Schmidt (talk) 11:20, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

But I like name article wikipedia but I don't like name draft Scott Fortnite (talk) 11:41, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Once the draft is ready for publication you can submit it for review. If it's good it'll be promoted to an article. If it isn't you'll have more time to work on it. Blanking pages (removing all their content) is assumed to mean that you would like the page deleted. Drafts are explained at Wikipedia:Drafts. Cabayi (talk) 12:48, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article David P. Smith (animator) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. twotwofourtysix(My talk page and contributions) 12:42, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jim Gomez requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Owlf 📪 17:51, 30 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as David P. Smith (animator), to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. The latest version you've created is almost identical to the version deleted for a lack of sources just two days ago. It's inevitable that this version will also be deleted. Please stop wasting the time of other editors. Cabayi (talk) 08:10, 8 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as you did at David P Smith, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. One week on and you've created the same page, with the same problems, under a different title. Please stop this before you reach the end of the road. Cabayi (talk) 18:33, 15 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you believe there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock. To do so, first read the guide to appealing blocks, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of this page.
