I have moved your sandbox

[edit]

You accidentally created User:SciTechWrite/sandbox/1 in the article namespace, so I renamed and moved it to your userspace, where you presumably intended it. JJPMaster (she/they) 01:13, 27 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, JJP. I created a one line "This is Sandbox/1" which was tagged it as "conflict of interest". Any information to share on this classification would be helpful. SciTechWrite (talk) 01:26, 27 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That was because of an edit filter we have that marks any article that a new user creates with their username in its title as "possible autobiography or conflict of interest." Your article technically had your username in its title, so that's why it was tagged that way. JJPMaster (she/they) 01:50, 27 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
JJP. Thank you. This is helpful and educational, as the classification of "conflict of interest" came from a human being and not an automated system. The editor made a choice to classify the line as "conflict of interest" rather than see it as a data input error, which is what you did to be of assistance. Wikipedia has a distinct writing/editing data input system that will take time to learn. SciTechWrite (talk) 02:05, 27 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
