Articles for Creation
[edit]Hello, Schultz0089, and welcome to Wikipedia. Just so you know, the Articles for Creation process is intended for non-registered users to submit articles for consideration. Registered accounts such as yourself have the ability to post pages on their own, so don't need to use that process. You might be interested in checking on some of our policies about articles, which specify what can be included, how the articles should be formatted, and how to cite sources to verify the information. I've provided links to these pages below - I hope they help. Anyway, welcome again, and happy editing. Hersfold (t/a/c) 19:35, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Iteration1.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Iteration1.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:08, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
Shifting Bottleneck Heuristic
[edit]I'm probably not the best person to review the article. It looks good from a quick skim over. I noticed your desire for information on doing better articles, so I've posted a few links:
The best place to obtain information or help about Wikipedia is at the Wikipedia:Community Portal. This link should be available in your left-hand bar on all Wikipedia pages.
If you're looking for a group of editors that might know something about your topic, please see Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Directory/Science -- that page will hopefully contain a link to a community of people who will know more about Shifting Bottlenecks than I do.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Iteration1.png
[edit]A tag has been placed on File:Iteration1.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The file File:Machine1.png has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Unused free use image with no clear use on the Wiki.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. fuzzy510 (talk) 08:39, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
