No, it is not OK to make as many edits as you want as long as you view them as reasonable. Wikipedia rules clearly prohibit more than three edits on the same page within a 24 hour period. SeeWikipedia:Three-revert rule It is not OK to try to get around this rule by creating a new account, since you are th same editor editing from this IP address.
